Getting spotlight ready: Washburn is hosting a drag show in Memorial Union on Aug. 28.

Washburn University is producing a Drag Show this Saturday, Aug. 28, in the Washburn A/B room in Memorial Union.
Local performers will be taking the stage at 7 p.m. for the audience.
“It’s just a good time to get together, meet people, dance, or listen to music,” said Melisa Posey, Program Coordinator of Diversity & Inclusion.
Those who do well enough in the show can walk away with prizes.
