Bod Brief: Share a slice with Student Media
In person for once: Student Media staff pose for a picture with Kappa Sigma fraternity members. Everyone enjoyed getting to congregate in the Union and get some free food.
Student Media held an informational/recruitment event this past week on Thursday, Mar. 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Union Underground.
Attendees got to learn about Washburn Student Media, the KAW Yearbook and the BodMag publications. They also received free swag, goody bags and pizza including a chance to win additional cool items by spinning the prize wheel.
Nearly 100 students showed up for the event and came away with neat prizes and food to help them through the day.
