Faculty are often featured within Student Media. From videos to podcasts to feature stories, students can find the most recent content here.

During the spring 2020 semester, several faculty discussed one of their upcoming fall 2020 courses with students. Several of these courses are offered every semester or at least once per year. You can hear these podcasts on Student Media’s SoundCloud account.

 

Sarah Cook guides student success

Isaiah Thorne speaks with Sarah Cook, a reference and instructional librarian with Mabee Library. The podcast is part of a series created by students in MM199, Media Bootcamp.

Assistant Professor Allen Ayella

Tayvien Robinson, a junior mass media major with a concentration in film and video, created this profile video with Allen Ayella, assistant professor of chemistry. Students in the fall 2020 section of MM 199 Mass Media Bootcamp created a video or podcast for this series.

Alex Myers, lecturer of sociology

Podcaster Madison Dean incorporates a faculty interview in the Nov. 14 episode of the BodPod. This interview was completed by Shiann Olberding, a freshman mass media major with a concentration in public relations, as part of an assignment in MM 199 Media Bootcamp.
