Bids for the new science hall of Washburn were received December 18. Three bids accepted were about $100,000 less than first estimated by the architects. The three low bids totaled $849,409. This includes three contracts, the general contract for $950,000., mechanical contract for $650,000., and electrical for $200,000.

Nothing is definite until the Board of Regents officially approves the matter.
