The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms on a four-year contract Friday with former Washburn standout Cary Williams, officially making him one of two ex-Washburn football players in the NFL. The other player is Trey Lewis of the Atlanta Falcons. The 229th pick of the NFL Draft, Williams owns several Washburn records for his achievements as a defensive back, receiver and return man. Williams led the MIAA in interceptions this past season. The four-year contract includes a $47,700 signing bonus, with the potential to earn Williams a total of $1.2 million.
