Non-perishable ‘Can Emporia’ food drive benefits Let’s Help

TOPEKA – In a recent food drive, Washburn University collected 3,426 non-perishable food items to benefit Let’s Help, Inc. The food drive was also a competition entitled “Can Emporia” against Emporia State University to see which school could collect the most non-perishable food items. ESU collected 3,258 food items.
