Wrath of the Lich King not CD friendly

If your ROM isn’t DVD friendly, you will have a problem getting your WoW fix after Wrath of the Lich King, the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion. Why you ask? Blizzard has announced that a DVD ROM drive format will be the only format produced. For those of you still in CDROM Stone Age . . . shame!

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog – A whimsical three part web movie-musical, staring Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible, an aspiring Mad Scientist. It is Joss Whedon’s (The Creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and FireFly, among others) answer to the studios during the writer’s strike. The message: We don’t need you to make something really freekin awesome.

Guy finds ancient yeast, and then makes beer

Scientist Raul Cano found a colony of dormant yeast in ancient amber. After successfully reactivating it, he did a noble thing. He made beer with it! He now owns Fossil Fuels Brewing Company, producing pale ale and German wheat with his one of a kind bubble maker.
