VIDEO: Delta Gamma Pancake Feed For Sight Awareness

On November 3, 2010, Washburn University Students gathered inside the Delta Gamma house to enjoy an all you can eat feast.

For just four dollars students could eat all the pancakes, sausages, bacon and drink all the juice that they wanted to.

Senior and President of Delta Gamma Chelsea Artzer says in past years it has always been a successful event and it all goes to a good cause.

Artzer says that this year has been by far the most successful

With over 300 students attending the pancake feed the Delta Gammas were able to make over 900 dollars to go to the Delta Gamma Foundation for the blind and visually impaired.

Leader of the event Grace Sheple says that with not having a big enough kitchen their next door neighbors, the fraternity of Alpha Delta were a big help.

This Saturday November 6, 2010, the Delta Gammas will be holding their Anchor Splash event, which involves a water-relay competition to raise money for their philanthropy Service for Sight.
