Featured artist: Shelly Bedsaul has her work displayed at Matryoshka Tattoo located in NOTO at 918 N Kansas Ave. She has her own studio called Foole’s Dream Studio located at 907 N. Kansas Ave. Shelly has been creating art since she was a little girl. Her art ranges from colored pencil, oils, acrylic and some centered in the folk-art tradition. She has helped the art community in NOTO grow to what it is today.
