Washburn recently hired the company, Trane, to assist the University in identifying ways Washburn could conserve energy in order to improve campus facilities, provide a better learning environment and to eventually save money through reduced energy use. Facilities Services is also in the process of hiring a new Energy Sustainability Manager.
