The Washburn Foundation had a holidays open house Dec. 10.

“This was an open house to have a meet and greet since the holidays are coming up” said Kim Gronniger senior director of out reach, donor relations and communications.

The event was also for the Foundations partners and also welcome new people to the campus to sit around with others and chat.

All over the campus lately they have been having open houses like this.  This also helps new students and faculty members to be able to see a building that they might not have ever step foot in before.  Also its a way to know what one place of business does on campus.  If you have a chance to go to a open house on campus then go to it and i assure you it will be beneficial to you because of the new people you can meet.
